Refund policy

Once a purchase is made a refund is not possible. Cancellation is also not possible after payment has been made. 

However, if the garment is damaged upon arrival in any way you will need to email us at surilygofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the garment along with photographs and videos of the issue.

If there is a sizing issue, please email us at surilyg@gmail.com and we will be in touch with you to get this rectified. 

We will arrange a reverse pick up within 5-7 working days and get in touch with you regarding the exchange and new garment. 

The shipping charges for all exchanges will be born by the client not Surily G.
